Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Shahnaz Brand, we take product safety and customer satisfaction seriously. To maintain the highest hygiene standards, we only accept returns for products that are completely unopened and untampered.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund, all of the following must be true:

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The outer packaging, clear wrapping, shrink film, and bottle/cap seal are completely intact.
• The cap has not been opened. Opening the cap automatically breaks an internal seal used to detect product tampering and makes the product non-returnable.
• The product is returned in the same condition in which it was shipped.
• Return requests are submitted within 14 days of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, returns cannot be accepted if:

• The seal, cap, cellophane, or shrink wrapping has been opened or removed.
• The product has been used, tested, or tampered with in any way.
• There is leakage, broken packaging, or any sign of alteration.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Shahnaz Brand within 48 hours of delivery at sales@shahnazbrand.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the packaging and product Once verified, a replacement or full refund will be issued at no additional cost.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damaged or incorrect items
• Returned products must be shipped using secure packaging with tracking.
• Shahnaz Brand is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

6. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
• If the product does not meet return requirements, it will be returned to the customer with no refund issued.

7. Handling of Returns

• All untampered and approved returns will be handled by Shahnaz Brand.
